I started making jewelry for fun around 2010, but didn't really focus on it until COVID hit and I got bored staying in the house all the time. After a few months, I decided to start up a shop as a way to keep my creative side running and provide extra income to put towards my student loans and donations for charities on causes that mean a lot to me (LGBTQ+, Animal Shelters, My Community). The shop name combines a family nickname, JoJo, that my papa always called me and my mom’s favorite word, Joy, who has always been an ispiration with her love and kindness for everyone. By joining the two words, I honor two people that have always been there for me and supported me, while also representing my quirkiness. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
